Shipping prices listed are generally for USPS . Please email if you'd like to consider another shipping option or want more information.
Most ready-made items are shipped out within 2 days of receipt of payment and delivered within a week of ordering. Personalized items are made to order and will ship in about 3 to 4 weeks. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us prior to purchase to assure that you will not be disappointed.
Our items are packed very well, so breakage is unlikely. However, insurance is included on each shipment. (In the event of breakage, photographic evidence is needed by the shipper to claim insurance. Please contact me promptly for instructions regarding photos needed. I will work with you on refund or replacement.) Tracking is provided for domestic shipping.
All purchases are very well wrapped before shipping to avoid breakage. We sometimes use clean, recycled packaging materials. Customers are encouraged to recycle the packaging materials, too.
We don't choose to make a profit on shipping and handling charges. We will happily combine shipping for purchases of multiple items when those items can be packaged together. If you convo us prior to purchase and include your zip code, we might be able to offer you a lower shipping charge.
International shipping is welcome. Shipping to Canada, UK, and Australia is available, even if not stated. Shipping to other areas may also be available. Email with your location (including zip code) and the item you plan to purchase, and I can give you an adjusted listing with appropriate shipping charges.
If you live in the New Orleans metro region and would prefer to pickup your purchase in Mandeville (Northshore), I will refund shipping charges. With this option, you must also email me to arrange pickup from my designated location in Mandeville.
