Shipping Policies

Shipping prices listed are generally for USPS Priority Mail; however, First Class may be used for small items under 15oz. and for International orders 4 lbs and under. Larger items may be shipped by FedEx when that option is more economical. Please email if you'd like to consider another shipping option or want more information. 

Most ready-made items are shipped out within 2 days of receipt of payment and delivered within a week of ordering. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us prior to purchase to assure that you will not be disappointed.

Our items are packed very well, so we will not be responsible for breakage. Insurance is included with Priority shipments. Tracking is provided for domestic shipping with USPS and FedEx. If you would like a different shipping option, please let us know. 

All purchases are very well wrapped in bubble wrap and paper before shipping to avoid breakage. 

We sometimes use clean, recycled packaging materials (and priority mail boxes when the size is right). We encourage our customers to recycle the packaging materials, too.

We don't choose to make a profit on shipping and handling charges. We will happily combine shipping for purchases of multiple items when those items can be packaged together. If you convo us prior to purchase and include your zip code, we might be able to offer you a lower shipping charge. 

International shipping is welcome. Shipping to Canada, UK, and Australia is available, even if not stated. Shipping to other areas may also be available. Convo with your location (including zip code) and the item you plan to purchase, and I can give you an adjusted listing with appropriate shipping charges.

If you live in the New Orleans metro region and would prefer to pickup your purchase, I will refund shipping charges. With this option, you must also email me to arrange pickup from my designated location in Mandeville.
