The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
If the item you ordered reaches you in a damaged condition, please contact me within 3 business days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the damage to the item as well as photos of the shipping box and packaging contents (as all these will be needed for an insurance claim). I will let you know if you need to ship the item back to me or if sending photos and documentation is sufficient for insurance purposes. I will gladly exchange it for you-- or refund you.
For non personalized custom orders, the customer will be sent photos of the pottery when completed. The order will ship when the customer gives approval (so as to avoid needless expenses for shipping an item the customer does not like.) If the customer does not approve the item, the order may be cancelled with a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges (since the item never shipped.) However, If the customer approves, and the pottery is shipped, there will be no refunds on shipping charges.
If you are unhappy with the item you ordered, please contact me and we can work together on ensuring you are happy and have a good experience. Please do keep in mind that each piece is a unique, handmade one-of-a-kind item, and may have imperfections that are part of the piece.
In the event of a return or exchange, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and non-refundable.
